Support Service Sets Out Arrangements for Reporting OutagesGuidance published today describes how the loss of a shared service is reported, how reports are grouped into incidents of four classes, and how those who report a fault are kept informed. In the transition period 486 connectivity requests resolved into 112 incidents.
